Due date!

Today marks Aspen's due date- July 1; she is six weeks and two days old.  We have so much to be grateful for!

Check this out...Aspen's doing really well:
Birth date: May 18, 2015  Birth weight:  4lbs 11oz  Birth length: 18.5"
Due date: July 1, 2015  Today's weight: 8lbs 11oz  Today's length: 21.5"
We visited our new pediatrician today and she said Aspen is looking perfectly beautiful.  She sleeps well, just likes to eat a couple of times each night and is mostly content during her couple of long stretches she is awake during the day.  Super sweet!

And we are all doing well too.  We are completely moved into our home in Batavia, IL and mostly unpacked.  "Settled" is a stretch, but we definitely are heading in that direction. Our neighbors have knocked our socks off and the kids have lots of new playmates.

This will be our last blog post...at least until something goes crazy in our life again.  Thanks so much for walking this journey with us. For the countless notes, meals, calls, coffee deliveries, hospitality, offers to help, gifts, and especially the prayers, we are SO stinkin' grateful.
